2. What Data We Collect
- Reservation data: name, phone, email, driver’s age, the pickup/return dates and locations, and the selected vehicle.
- Contact form data: name, email, phone, and your message.
- Technical data: information provided automatically by your browser (IP address, device type) and preferences saved locally (theme, currency, language, the dates you selected) — these remain in your browser.
3. Why We Use Your Data
- To process and confirm your reservation request.
- To contact you regarding your reservation or the message you sent.
- To send you, after your rental, an invitation to leave a review.
- To improve our service and our website.
4. Legal Basis
We process your data on the basis of pre-contractual steps and the rental contract (the reservation), your consent (the contact form, reviews, communications), and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our service.
5. Cookies and Local Storage
We use a minimum of local storage for the operation of the website — your theme, currency, and language preferences, as well as the period selected for your reservation. These are kept in your browser and are not used for advertising tracking.
6. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell or rent your data. We may share it only with providers who help us operate (web hosting, email services), strictly for the purposes set out above, and with the authorities, if required by law.
7. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep reservation data for as long as is necessary to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations (accounting, tax). Contact messages are kept for as long as is necessary to respond to you.
8. Your Rights
